The guarantee

Cover begins the day you buy and lasts 60 days. If you are not persuaded by then, request a refund through the seller's support channel.

Do this on day one

Set an alert for day 60 the moment your order arrives. It takes moments, and it is the one part of this you fully control. Buyers lose far more refunds to expired windows than to refused claims.

Worth planning around

Cover ends on day 60 while the 3 and 6-bottle supplies last 90 and 180 days respectively. In both cases bottles will still be sealed when cover ends, so the judgement has to be made around bottle two.

Making the request

Step	What happens
One	Find the order number on the confirmation email you were sent.
Two	Write to the seller’s support contact quoting it, asking for a refund under the 60-day guarantee.
Three	Their reply carries any return address or reference number.
Four	Follow their instructions to the letter and keep any tracking receipt safe.
Five	The refund returns to the card that paid.

Timing

Expect several working days once approved. Your card issuer then controls the timing, usually another week or ten working days before the credit shows.

Damaged or wrong orders

If a parcel turns up damaged, short or wrong, photograph it and email support that day. Those are handled separately and should not reduce your guarantee window.

Official orders only

Cover applies solely to orders placed at the official checkout. Marketplace and reseller listings carry none of it, and nothing bought there exists in the seller's records to support a claim.
